At Azur Eyes, each order is prepared with care and shipped from our fulfilment center. All parcels are sent with tracking, and your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed. Shipping fees and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Returns

Azur Eyes accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. All item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original Azur Eyes packaging (box, felt case and microfiber cloth).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at contact.azureyes@gmail.com We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
